Suite #520 Guest Rules & Regulations

NO SMOKING !!  Smoking is PROHIBITED within SUITE #520 and on the balcony.

SUNTAN LOTION RUINS OUR FURNITURE!  Please, use oil carefully, hopefully after you get to the pool or beach.  Oil and lotions will ruin carpet, furniture and linens.  We want you to stay soft and sunburn free, but please don’t ruin our home!

The VACUUM is located in the kitchen closet.  It’s there for your use as needed.  Sand is really very hard on our condo as well as the vacuum.  Please rinse all sand off down at the entry from the beach by the pool.  This will make us very happy!

KITCHEN Items: the crock pot, waffle maker & blender are all under the counter next to the refrigerator.  PLEASE read the directions (in the drawer next to the refrigerator) before using these appliances and please return the directions as well as the appliances to the same location after you have cleaned them.

COFFEE –Please use filters and please clean before you leave the condo.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER: There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen closet.  We hope that you never need it!

 

Beach Cove Guest Rules & Regulations

REMEMBER
You are the guest of a private homeowner and not a guest of the Beach Cove resort.  Because of this, there are a few amenities that we cannot provide for you that the hotel offers their guests.

Pool Towels – The hotel provides pool towels for their guests at the front desk and near the pool areas.  These pool towels are reserved for guests of the hotel. We recommend bringing your own pool towels on vacation and to the beach.  We do have pool towels in Suite #520 that you are welcome to use.

Otherwise, our guests are permitted use of ALL indoor and outdoor water amenities, welcome to dine in the restaurant or at the pool side Tiki-Bar, and use of the on-site fitness center.  In summary, we operate as if there is not a front desk at the resort.  If at any time before or during your vacation you have any questions, please call 614-778-8489   


GENERAL
Each guest is responsible for the proper conduct of members of their family, their guests and any service personnel insuring that they understand and observe all the Rules and Regulations.


BALCONIES AND PORCHES
Discharging or throwing anything from the balconies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  Articles of clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall not be hung from balconies.  No cooking is permitted on the balconies. Smoking is PROHIBITED.


FIREWORKS
The discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited.


NOISE
Loud parties will not be tolerated.  TV’s, stereos or musical instruments should be used with discretion, especially between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 8:00a.m.


PETS
Guests are not permitted to have pets in the condominium or on the property.


GUESTS
No individual under the age of 25 is permitted to occupy the condominium unless accompanied by their parents, legal guardian, or the owner within the residence at the same time. 


SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS
Utilizing the pools and spas is permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.  PERSONS USING THESE FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.  Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  No glass, food or running is permitted in the pool/spa areas.


HAZARDS
No persons should use or permit to be brought into the condominiums any flammable oils or fluids such as:  gasoline, kerosene, other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life or property.


PARKING
Automobiles shall be parked only in parking spaces provided.  Parking permits are limited to two per unit and must be displayed at all times.  Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit are subject to towing at owner’s expense.  Rental of our Suite permits you (2) Parking Passes for the length of your stay.  Parking Passes will be made to you before your visit.  Once arriving, please place a parking pass in your vehicle(s).
